How it works

From the search to the delivery, ordering industrial parts from us takes a few steps. No payment is made on the website: our team confirms every order with you first.

1. Find your parts

Search by part number, keyword or brand, or browse the brands and categories.

2. Order, or ask for a quote

Add the parts to your cart and confirm your order at checkout, with your address and any delivery notes. For a part you cannot find, or one you need repaired, send a quick quote or a repair request, with your files attached if you have them.

3. We check and contact you

Our team checks availability, price and lead time with our suppliers, and contacts you by email, phone or WhatsApp to confirm the order, the shipping cost and the payment. For a quote request you receive a quotation, valid until the date it states.

4. Follow your order

Every order has a number and a unique code. Follow it from "My Orders" in your account, or from Check your order without signing in. You can accept a quotation, ask for a change, or download its documents from the order's page.

5. Delivery

We ship worldwide with express couriers and send you the tracking number. Every part comes with a 12 month warranty. See Shipping and Delivery for times and costs.
